Biography

Mother, with husband Chris Breault, of son Zachary Breault (b. November 12, 2002), and daughter Abigail Keller Breault (b. September 5, 2005).

Joined ABC in 2003 as Good Morning America (1975)'s White House reporter before she was tapped to co-host Good Morning America Weekend Edition (1993) from 2004 to 2010.

Left ABC in 2010 to become a correspondent for NBC's newsmagazine Dateline NBC (1992). In addition, she has also filled in as anchor for NBC Nightly News (1970).

Joined the Central New Mexico branch of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America in 1996. She was a National Board Member for 10 years and received the Charles G. Berwind Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017. She became a member of the New York City branch's Board of Trustees in August 1, 2017.

Graduated from Cornell University, in Ithaca, New York, with a Bachelor's degree in Communication in 1991. While there, she was a member of the sorority Kappa Alpha Theta and was a newscaster on the student-run radio station WVBR-FM. She graduated from Georgetown University, in Washington, D.C., with a Master of Science degree in Foreign Studies in 1993.
