Blessing Adedijo is a Toronto-based actress known for her work in film, television, and theatre. A graduate of TMU's Theatre School and an alumna of the CBC Actors Conservatory at the Canadian Film Centre, she has built a diverse career spanning drama, comedy, and genre work.
Her screen credits include Caitlin Cronenberg's Humane (2024), Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent, The Good Doctor, Hudson & Rex, Pretty Hard Cases, Michael Mohan's The Voyeurs, and What We Do in the Shadows. She has also appeared in theatre productions such as The Odyssey, The Women, and Julius Caesar.
With a background in classical and contemporary performance, as well as training in movement, dialects, and devised creation, Blessing brings depth and versatility to every role she takes on.
