Vangelis Rassias

Vangelis Rassias is a professional photographer with a career spanning over three decades, working both as a reportage and studio photographer. He originally studied Psychology in Paris and Nice, where he developed a strong interest in Psychoanalytic Theory before turning his focus to photography. His artistic work is centered around fine art photography, often exploring the interplay between the ironic and sarcastic signifier that lies beneath the surface of the signified image. This conceptual layer adds a distinctive depth to his visual narratives. Rassias operates out of a 400-square-meter photography studio, where he specializes in advertising, fashion, portrait, still life, architectural photography, and artistic nudes. In addition to his professional practice, he also teaches photography through seminars and classes, sharing his expertise with aspiring photographers.
