David Marchant is an American actor, producer and military combat veteran from Dorchester, Boston, Massachusetts.
David enlisted in the United States Air Force shortly after graduating high School. He joined as an MP in the Security Forces career field but was secretly on a mission to fulfill his childhood dream of becoming an elite fighter pilot, but fate had other plans.
After only his initial eighteen months of service, David was hand-selected to serve as an elite member of the Presidential Airlift group in the direct protection and escort of U.S. President George W. Bush & Air Force One at Andrews AFB in Maryland. After proudly serving six years on active duty, including his time on presidential duty and almost a one year tour in Iraq/Afghanistan, he decided to leave the military behind and return to civilian life. David fulfilled his service commitment and separated with an honorable discharge.
David later decided to pursue entrepreneurship and solely founded Beantown Towing, LLC. which was a 24/7 emergency towing & roadside assistance company. David wanted to make sure that is was not just another sub-par towing company by taking his passion & dedication for helping people to the next level. He self-contracted with all of the nationwide leading insurance companies, with his sole mission to help people in need, focusing purely on customer service. His company went on to become one of the most well known and respected towing & emergency roadside assistance companies in Boston.
Although the business was a huge success for nearly a decade, David came to the conclusion that towing did not fulfill the void he still felt within and simply wanted more out of life. Most importantly, he realized that towing was not utilizing his full potential nor was it his true calling so he decided to close the company.
David has taken his abundance of professional training & life experience to now use in the extraordinary world of imaginary circumstances. He has impressively displayed his range and versatility by playing a wide variety of roles to include a cop, detective. special agent, security guard, military soldier, theatre teacher, school principal and loving husband, respectively.
David also loves to write & produce, hence launching his own production company MaddGRIT in 2024.
David resides in Los Angeles with his wife & daughter.
