Sun Park, born and raised in Seoul, Korea, is a rising actress known for her outstanding performances in both film and television.
Her charismatic on-screen presence and dedication to her craft have made her an actress to watch in the entertainment industry.
After getting a BA degree in Christian religion from Ewha Women's University in Seoul, Korea, she came to the USA to study theology at Boston University. After 1 year, she transferred from BU to EDS(Episcopal Divinity School) in Cambridge, MA and got an MA degree in theology. However, instead of following her dad's footsteps to become a minister and do social work along with teaching, she followed her heart and flew to Los Angeles, California to become an actress.
She was found by twice Tony-winning director, writer, and professor Mel Shapiro who was the head of Theater department at UCLA. She received an MFA degree in acting at UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television.
She is known for Transplant(2024) produced by Forest Whitaker, FOX Hit TV show 911 : Lone Star(2021), Tell Me Your Secrets(2021)-Amazon series, NCIS: LA(2018), Southland(2010), Recurring roles for Everybody Hates Chris(2006-2008), Two and a half men(2008), and Spa Night(2016) and more.
She was a 2023 Best Supporting Actress Nominee for the Feature Film 'Above the Clouds' at the Next Generation Indie Film Awards.
