Liam Payne Podcast Revelation ( Photo Credit – Instagram )
Liam Payne shared the life-changing moment that sparked his recovery journey: his appearance on Logan Paul’s podcast. That infamous episode, in which Liam made wild claims about One Direction, became the wake-up call he desperately needed.
“I became somebody I didn’t recognise anymore, and I’m sure you guys didn’t either,” Liam confessed in a YouTube video. “I was so angry at what was going on around me that instead of looking inwards, I decided to take it outwards on everybody else.”
He admitted that his mental state had spiraled so far that he didn’t even realize how off-track he’d become. We all saw it unfold during the podcast in June 2022 – Liam said some pretty shocking stuff, like how all the One Direction members “hated each other,” and his comments about Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson were a lot.

When Sally Ride died in 2012, she was praised as the first American woman in space, but there was much more to the story. Her obituaries let the world know a secret she had long held, that she and a woman named Tam O’Shaughnessy had been life partners for 27 years. Those same obituaries often ignored or minimized the jaw-dropping sexism Ride faced when she entered the first class of NASA astronauts to include women in 1978.
In the richly detailed Sally, Cristina Costantini reveals both personal and professional aspects of Ride’s life, showing how they were intertwined. With O’Shaughnessy as the central narrator, the documentary includes eye-opening interviews with family members and former astronauts and archival video of Ride herself, to create an engaging, socially relevant portrait of an American heroine and of the culture.
It also displays a refreshing and rare quality for a documentary with such access: Without for...

Toei Animation is one of the top-tier animation studios in Japan that has produced some landmark anime. Be it Gegege no Kitaro, Mazinger Z, or Cyborg 009, the studio gave us some of the trailblazing series in the shonen genre.
Above all, though, they did a splendid job with Akira Toriyama’s magnum opus on the whole. For decades the franchise has sustained its legendary status and the studio might be a solid reason behind it.

In particular, Dragon Ball Daima’s status as Toriyama’s final project is being treated with utmost care. To the extent that some say that the series is solely carried on by its impeccable animation.
And while this is partly true, Toei went above and beyond with the series. Be it lore or pacing, the anime proves to be a just and faithful adaptation.

It's been eight years since Luca Guadagnino took author André Aciman's queer romance Call Me By Your Name and turned it into one of the most sensual, sweltering, and frankly heartbreaking movies of the 21st century. But while you might've thought a flurry of Aciman adaptations would surely follow, more of the Italian-American writer's work has yet to materialise on screen — until now. Per Variety's reporting, The Bear star Jeremy Allen White is set to star in and produce a series based on Aciman's book Enigma Variations at Netflix.
First published in 2019, Enigma Variations follows the life story of a bisexual man named Paul (White), chronicling his romantic encounters with men and women over the course of a decades spanning journey of self discovery. Presented as a series of vignettes featuring certain recurring characters who drift in and out of Paul's life, Enigma Variations' form is well fitting for the limited series treatment,...

With theaters flooded over the recent holiday season by animated and CGI-dependent PG-rated fare, it’s reassuring to see a family film that relies on live action, impressive production values and inventive story elements, rather than the enhancements provided by digital technology.
The Legend of Ochi gives free rein to writer-director Isaiah Saxon’s remarkably imaginative narrative and visual palette, leveraging his well-regarded reputation directing music videos for the likes of Bjork and Grizzly Bear for a fantastical tale brimming with adventure and originality. With A24 targeting an April spring break release date, Saxon’s debut feature looks poised to capitalize on a recent upswing in family moviegoing.
The film opens with a swooping aerial shot over the mysterious island of Carpathia, secreted somewhere in the broad expanse of the Black Sea. The fictional territory off the coast of Romania sustains a small population of hearty villagers, along with the previously unknown ochi,...
