Lena Shields was born in Dyersburg, TN and raised in Muskogee, OK.
She was born to African American, Cherokee Indian mother and an African American father. Lena moved to Atlanta, GA to began her acting career studying at LS Acting Studio. She is best known for her magnificent role as Sade on the American series Hood Riches (2023).
