Damien Brewer is a British director, producer, and writer from Basingstoke. An award-winning filmmaker, Damien's passion for storytelling has been evident from a young age. He officially began his career in 2020, starting with behind-the-scenes filming, acting, and creating his first short film, Better Days.
In 2021, he developed his skills as a runner and assistant director on feature films such as Renegades, Lure, Forever Now, and Young Gun. By 2022, Damien produced, wrote, and directed the award-winning drama Sticky Situation, and took on production management roles, producing and managing Man from Shanghai. He also produced and directed It's a Franco Life and produced the critically acclaimed short One for the Road, which garnered three awards, including 2nd Best Film and two Best Comedy Short Script awards for Karma and Love at First Robbery.
In 2023, Damien created the pilot Roadman and produced and production-managed Work/Life. In 2024, he wrote, produced, and directed Rant, while also serving as producer and production manager for season two of the series Rebecca Gold.
