Mariana serves as General Entertainment Production Leader in The Walt Disney Company Latin America; this is a key position in the company's leadership in General Entertainment content production.
Previously, she held the position of Development and Production SVP in FOX Networks Group Latin America (FNG Latin America), being responsible for scripted and unscripted entertainment production for FOX within the region.
Perez joined FNG Latin America in 2007 as Online Director; she was in charge of content strategies for the group's websites and of the start-up and development of the Biensimple.com/Bemsimples.com sites. She was later promoted to General Manager of production company Fox Toma1, being responsible for content strategy decisions for FOX Life and its programming in all its feeds.
Before being part of the company, Perez held the Manager Marketing position in the CIE group of Rock & Pop. Her first steps as content producer took place in Canal 7, Telefé, and América TV.
Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences conferred by Universidad del Salvador.
