The Bachelor season 27 contestant Christina Mandrell made a great first impression on leading man Zach Shallcross, and she is the best part of the show. The 27-year-old content creator from Tennessee is a divorced single mom to her five-year-old daughter, Blakely. She is the daughter of actress and singer Irlene Mandrell and the niece of country music superstar Barbara Mandrell. Christina was one of five women who met Zach on The Bachelorette After the Final Rose episode, and memorably brought two mini liquor bottles to drink with Zach. Christina made another grand entrance on The Bachelor premiere when she arrived on a party bus, and brought Zach on it to take a compatibility test. They laughed when disagreeing about some of the questions, and shared a kiss prompted by one of the cards.
During week 2, Zach chose The Bachelor's Christina Mandrell for the first one-on-one date of the season.

The Bachelor season 27 has been a pleasant surprise so far, because the producers finally seem to be listening to fans. For the first time in years, viewers appear to be getting what they want. Zach Shallcross, the season's leading man, knows exactly what he is looking for from his Bachelor experience, which is a wife. Mental health issues were not addressed in a sensitive way, as the producers seemed more concerned with creating drama than diffusing it. However,...
