The original 12-episode anime appeared in 2016 and was followed by a 7-episode sequel titled To Be Heroine. Now, To Be Hero X, the latest installment, is heating up for an April premire.

It goes without saying that Solo Leveling(also known as "Only I Level Up"in South Korea) is the biggest anime of the moment. Based on the hit web novel written by Chugong and the equally popular webtoon illustrated by Jang Sung-rak (aka Dubu), Solo Leveling took the world by storm when it was turned into a massively successful anime in 2024. It also helps that the incredibly talented A-1 Studios animated the story, and none other than Hiroyuki Sawano scored the series.

With this in mind,it brings me no joy to say that, two seasons in, Solo Leveling is one of — if not — the most overrated anime I've seen in recent memory. That's not to say that it's bad or that it's somehow unwatchable. With the right mindset, Solo Leveling can be enjoyable and even exhilarating. It's also undeniably one of the best-made and best-looking anime airing right now.

He’s joining the English and Spanish dub casts for Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow- as Kargalgan, a character set to make his English dub debut this Saturday, with the Spanish dub arriving on March 1.

Solo Leveling Season 2 has revealed its new teaser ahead of its highly anticipated second episode, which features Jinwoo confronted by a type of magic beast that's markedly different from all his fights in the anime thus far.

The title of Solo Leveling Season 2, Episode 2 (Episode 14 overall) is "I Suppose You aren't Aware" and is set to premiere on Jan. 11, 2025. The episode continues from the annihilation of Kim Chul's team, with the formerly arrogant A-Rank Hunter now running from the Ice Elves.
