Matt Tomaszewski is a multi-talented Director/writer and EP with more than twenty years and one hundred and sixty hours of award-winning films, documentaries and tv to his name.
Raised on the harbour in Sydney, Australia, Matt comes from a long line of mariners, adventurers and artists. Skills which he adapted to make his own and combines with scientific training to create a unique perspective exploring the relationships between humanity and nature through compelling stories in diverse mediums and genres.
Matt has worked for major international production companies and broadcasters, is a marine and shark specialist and has consulted as a story doctor and coach.
His first feature film (as co-writer), the indy thriller "Caught Inside" was official selection at South by South West, and won people choice at the Sydney International Film Festival. He has recently attended AFM and Cannes Film Festival taking recent screenplays to market.
