The wait is almost over, and chaos is on the way, as Max has finally set a return date for the back half of the second season of Gremlins: The Wild Batch. It’s been five months since the first batch (no pun intended) of episodes dropped on the streamer, and, although we’ll have to wait one more month for the next part of the story, we now know that Season 2’s second half is set for April 10. In addition to the glorious announcement that the wacky, wild, and animated world of Gremlins is almost back on our screens, we also have a lineup of fresh names that will add their voices to the call sheet. Included are the likes of Timothy Olyphant (Alien: Earth), Robin Weigert (Big Little Lies), Yvette Nicole Brown (Community) and SungWon Cho (BlackBerry).

One of the most well-reviewed Marvel shows in recent memory is probably one many fans have not watched. Sporting a 100% rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur follows a 13-year-old girl named Lunella, a supergenius who accidentally brings a (very lovable) dinosaur into modern-day New York City. Together, they are a crime-fighting duo that has the rare combination of being incredibly cute but also very powerful. After being unceremoniously canceled last year, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur will be ending on its own terms with the back half of Season 2.

Few action movies have had a bigger presence in pop culture over the past decade than the John Wick franchise. The stylish gun-based action, combined with Keanu Reeves’ stellar work as the eponymous lead, has made it a household name in record time, and few people haven’t at least heard of the films and the cinematic action that’s made them so famous.
John Wick’s success cannot be understated, and its appeal is hardly limited to fans of live-action films. Anime, for example, is a medium that often lends itself to intense, kinetic action, much of which involves some manner of gunplay, and because of that, there are many anime with the kind of great animation, story beats, and gun-based action that capture everything that’s made John Wick so appealing as a franchise. Every season, plenty of anime shows and films are met with hype to incredible degrees. Whether it’s because of the popularity of the source material, the pedigree of the staff and studio, or some combination of the two, some anime will stand out more than others, and those that do are often the ones that are the best to watch in their respective seasons.
Hype tends to be a good way of judging how good an anime will be, but that isn’t always the case. As often as anime are given hype, they’re just as often ignored either before their premieres or during because of their premises or a general lack of interest, but even with that, there are many cases when an anime will find major success with fans and critics alike after initially garnering little to no interest. A few anime, in particular, are especially...

This review contains spoilers for Solo Leveling's anime and manhwa. Proceed with caution.
In Solo Leveling, Hunters awaken to their powers all at once, and never grow stronger, no matter how much they train. However, some Hunters undergo a rare Second Awakening, suddenly receiving an additional power boost that substantially increases their rank in Hunter society. Director Shunsuke Nakashige's new film, Solo Leveling -ReAwawkening-, feels like the moment of the animes own Second Awakening, as it once again unlocks a new level of power that itll carry into its highly anticipated Solo Leveling Season 2.
Based on the light novel written by Chugong, Solo Leveling was always meant to be a resounding success. Much like its main character, Sung Jinwoo (aka The Worlds Weakest Hunter), Solo Leveling rose from relative obscurity to becoming an anime powerhouse that cant be stopped seemingly overnight. This December Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment will present Solo Leveling: ReAwakening, a movie version of the anime based on the Korean manhwa by Clugong. Keep in mind this is an “omnibus” film, meaning it’s a re-edit of the first season into a movie format. But if you want something new, ReAwakening has that too: stick around and you’ll see the world premiere of the first two episodes from Solo Leveling’s second season. For an entire month, this will be the only way to see these episodes until their proper premiere in January. And now we’re hearing both the original Japanese and English versions will be screened, for the movie and the episode premieres. The episodes will retain the same cast, including Aleks Le (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba) as Sung Jinwoo, Justin Briner (My Hero Academia) as Yoo Jinho, Rebecca Wang (Aether Gazer) as his sister Sung Jinah,...

Batman's team of vehicles is back for new adventures with Batwheels. The animated TV show serves as a unique expansion of the iconic DC hero franchise, shifting the focus away from The Dark Knight, voiced by four-time Oscar nominee Ethan Hawke, to his and the rest of the Bat-Family's various vehicles, all brought to life by the Batcomputer. Together, they form the Batwheels, a new crime-fighting team led by the Batmobile, who goes by Bam for short.
Batwheels season 2 continues the show's unique blend of lighthearted character development and more direct crime-fighting adventures. Some of the episodes this season see the titular group facing off against the Legion of Zoom as they try to connect to the Batcomputer to become all-powerful, while also still taking time to enjoy things like dressing up for Halloween and helping Duke Thomas' Robin and the adorable Ace the Bat-Hound try and beat Harley Quinn...

"Every '90s Commercial Ever" is a hilarious parody of over-the-top ads from the 90s, like those for Capri-Sun and SunnyD. Liquid Slam, the fictional drink in the parody, turns kids into silver puddles when they drink it, before turning them into a monstrous creature. The parody highlights the absurdity of these commercials by suggesting the negative consequences of the transformations portrayed in the original ads.
YouTube users in 2015 will remember Liquid Slam as the subject of a bizarre YouTube mock-ad titled "Every '90s Commercial Ever". In February 2015, a two-minute video appeared on YouTube on the RocketJump channel. RocketJump is, in their own words, "...a weird hybrid studio/production company..." (via RocketJump). The group makes a variety of comedy videos for YouTube, social media, and their website, often working with notable personalities who also got their start on YouTube, like voice actor ProZD (SungWon Cho).

Once upon a time, in ye olde 1996, people didn't really take their phones everywhere with them. In fact, if you had a cellular phone, it was a massive brick without a screen, more like a glorified walkie-talkie than a real phone. There was a cellular network in place, but technology for the phones just wasn't totally there yet. Then along came Mike Lazaridis and Jim Balsillie, who developed the first smartphone, the BlackBerry, and forever changed how we communicate. The story behind the BlackBerry is just as interesting and full of colorful characters as "The Social Network" and that film's take on Facebook and creator Mark Zuckerberg, and now audiences will finally get a chance to know that tale.
"BlackBerry," starring Jay Baruchel as the tech-oriented and more sheepish Lazaridis and Glenn Howerton as cutthroat businessman Balsillie, will tell the story with comedic flair, based on Jacquie McNish and Sean Silcoff...
