Daniel André is a filmmaker, artist, DJ and music producer born in Cuernavaca, Mexico and raised just outside New York City. Daniel started acting at the age of five and trained in Stanislavski at age nine, working professionally in theater, television and film though his teens. Mr. André studied Film and Media Arts at the University of Arizona and Pima College in Tucson, AZ and has a degree in Film & Digital Arts.
Since 2009 Mr. André has been working mainly in film production, producing and directing. Daniel worked in post-production exclusively for IMAX. There Daniel worked over 100 plus films for IMAX, often getting to work beside some of Hollywood's most accomplished directors such as Chris Nolan, James Cameron, Zack Snyder, Michael Bay and Antoine Fuqua to name a few.
In 2024 under his own Analog 77 Films, Mr. André wrote, produced and directed Mort In Sherman Oaks starring Lucy Hale (The Hating Game), Jim Gaffigan (Linoleum), Rhys Coiro (Entourage), Francesca Eastwood (Old), Monica Potter (Parenthood), Jay Pharoah (SNL) and more. The film is being distributed by Lionsgate and Universal.
