The reason that she wanted to become a seiyuu is Li Syaoran from "Card Captor Sakura".

In August 31, 2015, she revealed that she has been diagnosed with "patellar subluxation and meniscal tear injury" and is undergoing rehabilitation for it. She also stated that the recurring of her patellar subluxation is due to it being hereditary.

She appears to be close friends with Kubo Yurika, from as early as the starting stages of the Love Live! project. They have released a photo-book together, with Yoshino Nanjo as photographer and Kubo Yurika as model, and the title of the book is "JolShika". Kubo Yurika's nickname for her is "Yoshinon".

Her music career began in 2009 when she replaced the singer Nao as the lead singer of the band fripSide.

She is known by aliases such as Shiho Moriyasu, Aya Tachibana, Yoshino, Mari Yoshida. Shizuku Sato and Chihiro Ueno while working on adult rated medias.
