Carl Anthony Williams

Starred as the lead role of Officer Gannon in the short film "Offbeat", which won an Audience Favorite Award at the 2008 DC Shorts Film Festival in Washington D.C.

Began his acting training at the San Francisco School of Digital Filmmaking in the fall of 2006, 22 years after graduating high school and his last performance before an audience.

After two major surgeries for a spinal cord tumor ('99 & '02), he decided to pursue his long time dream of acting and moved to California, first to Palm Springs, then to San Francisco where he began his acting career at age 40.

Born in San Diego, California, but was not raised there. Father was in the navy and after having lived in many states, settled in Pine Bluff, Arkansas where he remained until '99, then moved to Kansas.

Voted Best Actor in high school drama for grades 11 and 12; also won the drama award for Outstanding Dramatic Student his last year in High school.
