Shivajee Chandrabhushan is a National Award winning filmmaker. His directorial debut, the feature film "Frozen" (2007), achieved widespread recognition, securing over 20 International Awards and two National Awards, including Best First Feature of a Director and Best Cinematography. The film premiered at the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival. It was subsequently showcased at esteemed festivals such as Rotterdam, Palm Springs, San Francisco, Busan, and Hong Kong International Film Festival, among 32 others. In 2019 'Frozen' was honored and archived in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (Oscar) Archive.
Shivajee's subsequent works garnered attention at prominent International film labs, including L'Atelier at Cannes Film Festival's Cinefondation program, APM at Busan International Film Festival, and HAF at Hong Kong Film Mart. He also served on the International Jury at the Vladivostok International Film Festival in Russia in September 2010. Shivajee is a multifaceted artist who writes, directs, and edits. He has worked across different formats of motion pictures - feature films, documentaries, and advertising. Shivajee began his career as a Photographer and television producer. He produced highly successful music video "Channa Vey" featuring Kunal Ganjawala, in 2004.
