Mamie Gummer and husband Mehar Sethi have split up after over seven years together.

The 41-year-old Dr Death actress and eldest daughter of Meryl Streep and Don Gummer has filed for divorce after six years of being married, TMZ reveals.

According to divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Mamie listed their date of separation as May 6, 2023, and listed irreconcilable differences as the reason.

The actress is also seeking joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s two children, five-year-old son Peter and three-year-old daughter Mary.

The docs reveal Mamie is “seeking spousal support and checked the box to terminate the court’s ability to award support” to Mehar.

Mamie and Mehar were engaged in August 2018, and revealed they were expecting later that year. They were married in February 2019, and welcomed their son that month. Their daughter was born two years later in 2021.

Exclusive: Welcome to Chippendales writer, executive producer and co-showrunner Robert Siegel has signed a multi-year overall with 20th Television, the studio behind the Hulu limited series starring Kumail Nanjiani, which premieres today on Hulu.

This marks Siegel’s second consecutive true-crime limited series for Hulu, following Pam & Tommy, which he created and executive produced.

Under the 20th TV pact, which was made a little while ago, Siegel will develop, write and executive produce series for all platforms.

Siegel is executive producing Welcome to Chippendales, about the creation and downfall of Chippendales, with Dylan Sellers, Jenni Konner, Kumail Nanjiani, Emily Gordon, Rajiv Joseph, Mehar Sethi, Matt Shakman and Nora Silver. Ashford will play the series regular role of Irene. An accountant by trade, Irene is the wife of Chippendales founder Steve Banerjee (Nanjiani), falling in love over a shared passion for tax loopholes and revenue expansion. Shy and unassuming at first, she steadily finds her footing within the company, growing into a formidable behind-the-scenes powerhouse.

Additionally, The White Tiger filmmaker Ramin Bahrani has been tapped to direct and executive produce the series about the origin story of stripper troupe Chippendales.

Immigrant, which received an eight-episode straight-to-series order from Hulu, is written and executive produced by Pam & Tommy creator Robert Siegel.

The show was announced Tuesday morning by Hulu and ABC chief Craig Erwich during Disney’s upfront media briefing.

“Immigrant,” the true story of the Indian American entrepreneur Banerjee, will detail the insane, darkly comedic, crime-ridden story behind the unique male revue that became a cultural phenomenon.

The series is written by Robert Siegel and executive produced by Siegel, Nanjiani, Dylan Sellers, Chris Parker and Emily V. Gordon as well as Rajiv Joseph and Mehar Sethi, who will also write on the series.

20th Television serves as the studio on the series.

“Immigrant” will be Nanjiani’s first starring TV role since HBO’s “Silicon Valley.” Nanjiani more recently appeared in an episode of Jordan Peele’s reboot of “The Twilight Zone” and is set to appear on Disney+’s upcoming “Star Wars” series on Obi-Wan Kenobi.
