Tyrin Niles career began in Atlanta in 2008 when he booked his first audition-a supporting role on an NBC series directed by the legendary Debbie Allen. From that moment, his passion for storytelling has only deepened.
Tyrin honed his craft at YourAct Studios in Atlanta and later trained under celebrated veteran actor GregAlan Williams. After relocating to Los Angeles, he completed a highly regarded two-year Meisner program under respected actor and coach Joshua Bitton.
Beyond the screen, Tyrin is an accomplished stage actor, earning a Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award nomination for Best Featured Actor for his performance in Scraps (2019), where he delivered 35 powerful performances. His artistic talents extend into fashion-studying design at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD)-where his innovative designs even caught the attention of fashion icon Vivienne Westwood. Recently, he has ventured into cobbler work, creating one-of-a-kind footwear that has garnered industry attention.
With a career spanning Sundance-winning films, collaborations with Oscar-winning directors, and a commitment to both artistry and community, Tyrin Niles is a seasoned talent who continues to push creative boundaries.
