Aidan Laprete is a Japanese-American actor and singer, born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He began acting in his pre-teens, first appearing in a few short films and commercials. He moved to California in 2015. He played the series regular role of Henry Tanaka in the Amazon series "The Wilds". He played Kevin in the series "Chad" with Nasim Pedrad, as well as appearing on shows including "The Pitt", "Everything's Gonna Be Okay", and "Adam Devine's House Party". He can next be seen in Bobby Farrelly's "Driver's Ed", as well as Hulu's "Swiped" with Lily James, and the indie "This Too Shall Pass".
In addition to acting, he is an award-winning singer-songwriter and music producer who releases music under the name Laprete. Formerly known as Aidan James, he was a YouTube sensation at the age of 8, with over 20+ million views earning global recognition.
