Between 2008 and 2012, and later from 2017 to 2018, Josh embarked on a creative journey by producing his own Web-TV series, "Bizness As Usual." In November 2018, Josh shifted gears and became the host of a monthly satirical wrestling "news" show titled "So Says Shernoff." His charismatic hosting skills earned him the prestigious IAWTV award for "Best Host" in 2022. Josh has also lent his hosting talents to various live broadcasts, including the two-hour live pre-show for the premiere of AEW Dynamite on TNT.
Notably, Josh is the co-founder and co-owner of Sports Media Ventures, a company he shares with his brother, Fred Shernoff, and actor Freddie Prinze Jr. In 2023, Josh began co-hosting a weekly original series titled "The Wrestling Hour" with Dave Sturchio on the MyFandom YouTube Channel. In November 2024, Josh made his return to hosting "So Says Shernoff."
