Marvel fans, get ready! New look images from the upcoming Disney+ series Ironheart have been revealed. The show, which follows Riri Williams after Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022), is set to premiere on June 24, 2025.

Riri Williams, played by Dominique Thorne, is a brilliant MIT student who builds her own high-tech suit of armor. After helping Wakanda, she returns home to Chicago. There, she faces a new challenge—going up against Parker Robbins, also known as The Hood. The series will explore the clash between technology and magic.

Alongside Thorne, the series stars: Anthony Ramos as Parker Robbins / The Hood, Lyric Ross, Alden Ehrenreich, Regan Aliyah, Manny Montana, Matthew Elam, and Anji White.

Over four years after Marvel president Kevin Feige announced it, the Disney+ miniseries, Ironheart, drops more teases to ramp up anticipation for its debut. The long-gestating Marvel Cinematic Universe show releases new images offering a closer look at its central character, Riri Williams.

A spinoff of the Oscar-winning film, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Ironheart picks up on the events of the critically acclaimed sequel, chronicling Riri, a Chicago-based genius inventor and MIT student who created her armored suit in honor of her beloved hero, Tony Stark/Iron Man.

Ashton Kutcher and Anthony Ramos are heading to work.

The two actors left their hotel separately as they boarded water taxis to take them to set of Ryan Murphy‘s upcoming FX series The Beauty on Friday morning (March 21) in Venice, Italy.

The show, which was first announced in September 2024, is based on Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley‘s comic book series of the same name.

Here’s the comic book series’ synopsis from Image Comics: “Modern society is obsessed with outward beauty. What if there was a way to guarantee you could become more and more beautiful every day? What if it was a sexually transmitted disease? In the world of The Beauty, physical perfection is attainable. The vast majority of the population has taken advantage of it, but Detectives Foster and Vaughn will soon discover it comes at a terrible price.”

Despite the fact that no one will be able to top Robert Downey Jr. as the MCU’s biggest “Iron” character, Riri Williams is becoming more and more popular as the premiere of the Ironheart miniseries is approaching fast. It is set for a June 24, 2025 premiere on Disney+.

The show has attracted a lot of attention, at times because of the production issues, but now because of the hype that is slowly increasing. In light of that, we are happy to report that Marvel has released some new images highlighting Dominique Thorne in the titular role.

Last month, Robbie Brenner and a team of Mattel executives made the trek to the Sundance Film Festival. For five days, they braved thin mountain air to get a sense of the emerging filmmakers who they could enlist to make movies and shows based on Mattel’s line of toys — a collection of childhood favorites that runs the gamut from Hot Wheels to Thomas the Tank Engine to He-Man.

Is "Twisters" scientifically accurate? The answer is not, as a cynical reader might assume, an instant no. Jan De Bont's original "Twister" in 1996 has a lot to answer for, but its 2024 follow-up has a little bit more on its mind; its creatives were more careful.

There is some nuance to real-life storm science that "Twisters" directly taps into. "Twisters," for those who missed Lee Isaac Chung's 2024 blockbuster, centers on Kate (Daisy Edgar-Jones), a former storm-chaser. In the film's prologue, Kate loses several of her closest peers to a tornado while doing some dangerous research, hoping to use specialized chemicals to cause the storm to instantly dissipate. (The experiment is not successful.) Years after the tragedy, Kate has settled into a world of safe, indoor meteorology. She now works for the Noaa, but is afraid to venture outdoors underneath stormy skies.

Concept art allegedly from Ironheart first did the rounds on social media in late 2022. The supposed leak contained three different designs for Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen's take on Mephisto, all of which were very punk rock-inspired.

While Cohen's villain is expected to be the one pulling The Hood's strings in Ironheart, there have been rumblings about him also factoring into Thunderbolts* (perhaps as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine's ally), Spider-Man 4, and even Avengers: Doomsday.

The only thing is, Cohen may not be playing Mephisto after all.

Making him the source of The Hood's powers seemed an easy way to finally bring a character into the MCU that fans once hoped would be a huge part of WandaVision. From there, the door would be open to Ghost Rider's introduction and so forth, and the Mephisto ball is one we've all run away with over the past few years.

The flashing cameras, the glittering gowns, the emotional speeches thanking managers, spouses, and baristas who always got the coffee order just right, it’s all part of the grand performance that is the Academy Awards.

Per Deadline, Chung is set to direct The Traveler for Skydance, an adaptation of Joseph Eckert's novel, Traveler. The film has reportedly been in the making for many years, as MGM showed interest in the original script written by Austin Everett back in 2019. However, the latest draft was written by Justin Rhodes, best known as the screenwriter behind Terminator: Dark Fate and an episode of the Prime Video series, Secret Level.
