Bobby Marno is an award-winning filmmaker, writer, and director known for his unique vision and powerful storytelling. He was born in Liverpool and moved to Northern Ireland at a young age, where later in life he developed his passion for film and storytelling. Marno's work as a director is marked by his ability to tell emotionally compelling stories that resonate with audiences. He is known for his use of stunning visuals, nuanced performances, and powerful themes that explore the complexities of the human experience. Bobby started in the film industry in 2011 in Universal's Dracula Untold as a Vampire. After his debut experience he was hooked, and quickly went on to roles with BBC film Shooting for Socrates and the TV series RTE's Love/Hate, and ITV's The Frankenstein Chronicles and Game of Thrones. His other credits include Into The Badlands, Transformers 5, Mary Queen of Scots, Reign, Line of Duty, Red Rock and The Fall. Whilst working on major motion pictures and TV series he also worked behind the camera in assistant director roles, learning the basics and developing his love and knowledge of filmmaking. In 2020 during the start of the pandemic, Bobby co-founded RAM Productions ltd, with his directorial debut, Damien, receiving critical acclaim and several awards on the festival circuit, including Pinewoods First Time Film Maker Award in 2021 for best feature film.
