Melissa Rakiro

Melissa Rakiro is an American actress and model. She was born in Phoenixville, PA to parents, Kenneth and Deborah Rakiro. Her father is Kenyan and her mother is of Pennsylvania Dutch decent. She was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia where she showed an early interest in performing as a child. She hold's a Bachelor's degree in Theater from Temple University. Upon graduation, Melissa moved to New York to appear alongside Corey Stoll and Elizabeth Marvel in the Shakespeare in the Park Production of "Julius Caesar."
