After everything he’s been through, is this really how King Charles’ reign will end?

Buckingham Palace announced in February of last year that Charles had been diagnosed with cancer, but officials did not offer any specifics with regard to the severity of his condition or the organs affected.

The same went for Kate Middleton after she announced her cancer diagnosis. For whatever reason, the royals have decided to keep their conditions under their hats — or, under their crowns, if you like.

However, insiders claim that Charles’ prognosis is an “open secret” among royal staffers, and that those closest to him know exactly what kind of cancer he’s battling.

And he is, truly, in for the fight of his life.

King Charles is celebrating his 76th birthday today.

And the occasion is made all the more special by the fact that the royals have endured a tremendously tumultuous year.

Charles is still battling cancer, but in keeping with his workaholic reputation, he’ll devote his birthday to performing his kingly duties.

Charles will reportedly spend his day visiting a “surplus food festival” as part of the Coronation Food Project that he launched last year.

According to a new report from People, the project is designed to “tackle food waste and food insecurity across the UK.”

King Charles might be gambling with death by maintaining his grueling work schedule.

At least that’s the claim being made by one source close to the monarch.

As we previously reported, Charles paused his chemotherapy treatments for recent state visits to Australia and Samoa.

And according to insiders, that decision might have cost him dearly.

Charles’ trip was only 11 days long. But it seems that over the course of his travels, he began to show troubling signs of fatigue.

“Although Charles is trying to show that it’s business as usual, it’s not working out that way,” a source recently told Radar Online.

Everyone wants the Duchess of Sussex’s style.

On Tuesday, Meghan Markle appeared alongside her husband, Prince Harry, at the Invictus Games in Dusseldorf, Germany, and all eyes were on the royal’s sweater-blazer.

The 42-year-old wore a black tank top and linen shorts, along with gold jewellery and Chanel flats, with the oversized white J Crew sweater-blazer to finish off the look.

Kate Middleton is glowing in green at the 2022 Earthshot Prize Awards! On Friday, the Princess of Wales stepped out for the Boston event alongside her husband, Prince William.

The 40-year-old royals dressed to impress for the event. Kate opted for an off-the-shoulder Kelly green gown and Queen Mary’s emerald choker, which was often worn by the late Princess Diana.

Meanwhile, William, who launched the prize to create a sense of urgent optimism about what we can all do to combat climate change, wore a blue velvet tuxedo jacket with black pants, a black bow tie and a white shirt.

Prince William and Kate Middleton got back to work Thursday as the royals continue a period of mourning following the Queen’s funeral.

The late monarch was laid to rest on Monday in an emotional service televised around the world.

The Prince and Princess of Wales, still wearing black to pay tribute to the Queen, headed to the Windsor Guildhall in their first engagement since the funeral to thank volunteers and staff who helped support crowds on the day, the BBC reported.

Meghan Markle is paying her final respects to Queen Elizabeth II. The 41-year-old Duchess of Sussex attended the State Funeral of the late British monarch on Sunday at Westminster Abbey. She arrived solo as her husband, Prince Harry, participated in the procession behind the queen’s coffin from Westminster Hall to Westminster Abbey.

The duchess wore a wide-brimmed black hat, black dress with attached cape, black tights and heels. She was wearing the pearl and diamond drop earrings that the late monarch gifted her during their first solo outing together in 2018. Her hair was slicked back into an elegant bun.

At one point, Meghan wiped away a tear from her eye.

Hundreds of thousands of people are bidding farewell to Queen Elizabeth II on Monday during the funeral for Britain’s longest-reigning monarch.

Elizabeth, who died on Sept. 8 at the age of 96, sat on the British throne for 70 years. Her son, King Charles III, is now head of state not only for the United Kingdom and Canada, but 13 other nations as well.

Charles was seen arriving for the funeral alongside his sons Princes William and Harry. Prince George and Princess Charlotte arrived with their mother Kate Middleton and Camilla, Queen Consort.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are getting ready for the next Invictus Games.

On Tuesday, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle arrived in Düsseldorf, Germany, for the One Year to Go celebration, looking ahead toward the international sporting event.

The couple were greeted by local officials at city hall, with a big red carpet entrance in front of crowds gathered to watch.

Harry also took time for some selfies with fans waiting to watch the celebration.

Germany was originally announced as the next host of the Invictus Games in 2020, to be held following the games in the Netherlands.

But due to the pandemic, the Netherlands games, which were intended to be held in 2020, were pushed back to 2022, bumping Germany by one year.

Despite their ongoing feud with the royal family, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry seem happy to be back in the United Kingdom. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited Manchester, England, on Monday to attend the One Young World Summit.

Markle wore a bright red jumpsuit for the event, and began her speech to the cheering crowd by saying, “It is very nice to be back in the U.K., and it is very nice to be back with all of you at One World.”

The speech, which officially opened the summit, was the 41-year-old duchess’ first time in the U.K. since she and Harry officially stepped down as senior members of the royal family.

Markle has been involved with One Young World since 2014, and acknowledged how her life has changed since that time.

You can argue that Meghan Markle is lucky to have Prince Harry (I mean, he's a Prince afer all), but so it turns out, he's very lucky to have her too. According to royal photographer Tim Rooke, the former actress really calms Harry down during their many public outings together. "When I photograph him, he's always great with the crowd, great with kids. I suppose it takes a bit of pressure off him to have someone else there with him," he told Entertainament Tonight of the duo in a new interview. "He's always very cheery... I mean, she's gorgeous, isn't she? And I'd be happier if I was getting married, as well!" Since the couple announced their engagement, Rooke has had the pleasure of photographing them on many occassions, and noted that he thinks Meghan is adapting to royal life quite well. "I think she's done very well," he shared.
