Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey, and Sunny Kaushal are set to enthrall audiences with the upcoming murder mystery film, Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba. The trailer for the much-anticipated sequel drops on Thursday, and to heighten the excitement, the makers have shared two new posters.

In the first poster, Taapsee Pannu is depicted holding both Sunny Kaushal and Vikrant Massey, her hands smeared with blood. She is seated on a boat with Vikrant Massey, while Sunny Kaushal occupies another boat. The second poster features Taapsee with Sunny and Vikrant in the background, and the iconic Taj Mahal can be seen, hinting at a romantic yet mysterious setting.

Kochi, April 29 ( Ians) Actors Darshana Rajendran and Roshan Mathew-starrer Malayalam film ‘Paradise’ won the Audience Jury Award at the 23rd Las Palmas de Gran Canaria International Film Festival in Spain.

Directed by Prasanna Vithanage and co-written by Prasanna and Anushka Senanayake, ‘Paradise’, is a tale of emotion, struggle, and resilience.

Produced by Newton Cinemas and presented by Mani Ratnam under the banner of his production company, Madras Talkies, ‘Paradise’ is the first Indian film shot entirely in Sri Lanka.

The audience award is conferred by pre-selected members of the audience, chosen from among the feature films showcased in the Official Feature Films Section of the festival.

The award was received by the director at the closing ceremony of the festival.

Jeethu Joseph, the acclaimed director of films like Drishyam, Memories and Papanasam, has announced his next project with Kooman writer Krishna Kumar. The film titled Nunakuzhy will be produced by Saregama and Yoodlee Films.

The film will feature Basil Joseph, Grace Antony, Siddique, Manoj K. Jayan, Baiju Santhosh, Saiju Kurup and Aju Varghese in prominent roles. The cinematography will be handled by Satheesh Kurup and the editing by V. S. Vinayak.

According to Jeethu, the film will be different from his other announced projects such as Neru, Drishyam 3 and Ram.

The film is expected to go on floors by the end of this year and will be shot in various locations in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The makers are planning to release the film in 2024.

Mumbai, Aug 10 (Ians) Olympic gold medallist Neeraj Chopra will lead a strong contingent including stars like steeplechaser Avinash Sable, long jumpers Jeswin Aldrin and Murali Sreeshankar and Jyothi Yarraji (women’s 100m hurdles) who will participate in the World Athletics Championships to be held in Budapest from August 19 to 27.

Chopra, India’s best hope for a medal, will lead the charge in the men’s javelin throw, hoping to improve on the silver medal he won in Eugene last year and will have compatriots Kishore Jena and D.P. Manu will also be in contention. Chopra has excelled on the international stage, winning the Golden League Final in Zurich.
