I have been working for thirty years in producing, directing, and basically making it possible for stories to be told.
I have extensive experience in film industry, which includes script analysis, creative supervision, film budget, script breakdown, schedule, team management, post-production coordination, film financing, public policies, contract negotiations, authors' rights and intellectual property. I have built a healthy and reliable relationship with professionals in the film industry.
The film I worked as a line producer between 2023 and 2024, "Apocalypse in the Tropics" by Petra Costa, was released worldwide at the 81st Venice International Film Festival. I am the line producer of the series "Luz", the first Brazilian series in Netflix's children's series and executive producer of the series "Use Your Voz", the first live-action Cartoon Network, Original HBO Max, both produced by Floresta, launched on 6th July 2023. I also produced the musical documentary "Our Voice" released together with the fiction series.
I have worked as a Content Director at production company Cine Cinematográfica, where I also worked as Executive Producer and Postproduction Coordinator in the scripted films "Nobody Loves Anybody for More Than Two Years" (2015), and "Divaldo - The Messenger of Peace" (2019), and in the non scripted films "In Name of My People" (2019), and "Daughters of Bernarda" (2020). I also collaborated with Clovis Mello on writing the script for feature film "Divaldo - The Messenger of Peace", co-produced and distributed by Fox Filmes and Disney.
As an Assistant director and a Film director in Advertising Industry I have worked in renowned production companies as Cine Cinematográfica, O2 Filmes, Academia de Filmes, and Produtora Associados. As an Assistant director I have worked in productions in Argentina, France, and Italy.
In order to improve my skills in analyzing and developing scripts, I took specialized training at Brazilian Scriptwriters School Roteiraria.
