After a very respectable run of five regular seasons and a massive, three-part season 6, "Cobra Kai" comes to a close. Over the course of its 65-episode run, the martial arts comedy-drama has introduced a massive cast of karate experts who have clashed with each other so many times that a fan is bound to have at least some thoughts about their power ranking.

Putting together a list of "Cobra Kai's" greatest fighters is trickier than it seems. While it's easy to determine that ruthless military man Captain George Turner (Terry Serpico) is likely a better martial artist than young Bert (Owen Morgan), many of the show's major names have an extremely eclectic win-loss record that forces the reviewer to lean heavily into their status near the end of the show. Tanner Buchanan and Mary Mouser shared some big news at the Cobra Kai series finale premiere held at The Egyptian Theatre Hollywood on Wednesday night (February 12) in Los Angeles.

Netflix just released the first batch of photos from Cobra Kai season six part two. The new photos show Miyagi-Do out of the Valley and onto a bigger stage at the Sekai Taikai. The photos also provide our first look at Sensei Wolf, played by Lewis Tan (Deadpool v. Wolverine).

“We left off with the big surprise that Tory has joined Cobra Kai, so we’re in the aftermath of that with everyone reacting to what just happened, while also trying to get their footing –– as the new kids on the block –– of this giant international tournament that has been going on for decades. They have no idea what’s in store for them,” says series co-creator Jon Hurwitz to Netflix’s Tudum.

Production on the sixth and final season of the hit Netflix series Cobra Kai, a continuation of the Karate Kid film franchise, was delayed several months due to the writers and actors strikes last year – but the extended wait is going to be worth it, because Netflix has just announced that the show is wrapping up with a 15 episode season (previous seasons consisted of 10 episodes), and they’re splitting the episodes up to make it a three part event! As they put it, “The end of a legacy… deserves a Grand Finale.” They’ve also revealed premiere dates: Cobra Kai Season 6, Part 1 premieres July 18, 2024. Part 2 premieres November 28, 2024. The Finale Event comes in 2025.

The final season of Netflix’s Cobra Kai will be released in three parts with the first premiering on July 18 followed by Part 2 on November 28. The final installment is more of a mystery as the streamer is only teasing it will drop in 2025.
