Carroll Harris

Carroll Harris is a retired senior federal law enforcement executive, United States Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel (Retired), and seasoned public servant with over 35 years of military and government experience. He served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1990 to 2020, including mobilizations and combat deployment, and as a Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, he joined the United States Postal Inspection Service, ultimately serving as Inspector in Charge of the Los Angeles Division before retiring from federal service in 2025. Today, Carroll is an actor, author, speaker, and proud supporter of the performing arts, bringing his real-world leadership, resilience, and storytelling to creative projects across film, television, and media.
