The movies tries to be comedic by showing how this surgeon performs surgeries in an unprofessional way and as a result end up deforming multiple female patients. The "joke" being that these women have become very ugly, are in a lot of pain and have their lives ruined. This is a tasteless form of humor. I don't see how any one can find this funny, this movie feels a body horror rather than a comedy.
