Legendary actress, producer, animal-rights activist and all-around sweetheart Betty White died Friday at the age of 99.
“Even though Betty was about to be 100, I thought she would live forever,” said Jeff Witjas, White’s agent and friend, in a statement to People on Friday. “I will miss her terribly and so will the animal world that she loved so much. I don’t think Betty ever feared passing because she always wanted to be with her most beloved husband Allen Ludden. She believed she would be with him again.”

A clip from the new series of Off Their Rockers has been revealed.
One of the veteran stars of the show hooks up with an older gentleman who catches her eye in the skit, leaving two bemused members of the public to wonder why they can't "pull" someone that quickly.
The ITV hidden camera comedy series will return for a new run on Sunday (March 1).
Off Their Rockers centres around a group of OAPs taking part in cheeky pranks.
It followed Betty White's Us NBC series of the same name, which itself was based on Belgian series Benidorm Bastards.

Now, if you caught the first series of Off Their Rockers, you'll know what it's all about - older people playing pranks. Which is actually very, very entertaining indeed. And it turns out that the stars are just as mischievous in real life!
Digital Spy caught up with Sonia Elliman, Seb Craig and Rosemary Macvie - and when their fellow Rocker Rosie Bannister wasn't texting them getting them to "say hello to Aled Jones" on Daybreak - they gave us a story time like no other we've ever had. Read on for tales of Ky Jelly, pop concerts, hand grenades, catching cheaters, people calling the cops and much more...
Once upon a time... Sonia interrupted a pop concert.
"I'll tell you what I did enjoy. We went to Newquay - at the time it was in the summer - and they have a big surfing thing." (Rosemary: "Oh, you lucky thing!
