As it is explain in London; the events about Jack the Ripper were never publicly clarified; in up to a few years ago case documents were never released to the public.
It was told; that a Royal Phisycian ordered to eliminite a Royal Scanda; (some Prince married a Catholic Prostitute) and all witness where the real victims.

Lets be realistic; Chinese and Americans (of Europen descent) are not better one than another. Perhaps the only good thing is that this very critic and well acted movie can be shown here.
