Tommy Eagan (Joseph Sikora) escapes NYC in his classic Mustang and takes a detour to Chicago to visit his maternal grandmother Miriam (Donna Steele) and discovers he has a gay black half-brother (Anthony Fleming III ). Who writes this stuff? He happens into a lot of stuff and ends up staying in Chicago manufacturing a product called Daliha which gives an ultimate high, or so we are told. He ends up in the middle of a war between the Irish, Serbs, and CBI who run the South Side. The drama and coincidences are unbelievable. Tommy Eagan is not a great character and a mediocre protagonist. Liliana (Audrey Esparza ) and Claudia (Lili Simmons ) I found interesting.
