Maurice Hall is as terrible an Actor as he is a Director, he just doesn't know how to act. Looks to me he wrote and directed this film just so he could star in a leading role because quite frankly no one else will ask him to.
The dialogues are so terrible and cheesy, the cinematography is so bad because the camera keeps shaking so much. The screenplay is horrible, actors don't know where to go once its cue for them to leave the shot, like a deer in headlights.
There's nothing positive about this movie accept the lead actress who didn't sound as cheesy during her dialogue delivery and was the only one holding this movie together.
WHAT AN ATROCITY!

While the story line is cute and has lots going for it... the poor production value makes it laughable. Every scene in a beige room with target curtains, wardrobe, and the same awful sheets reused. Where did the cupcakes come from?? No one associated with a bakery would ever serve them.... come on.
But, I give this attempt a 10 because with proper budget and casting it's far better than any movie I've seen thrown out by Hollywood this year. Way to take a risk and show real people in a corny but real life way...
Terrible locations/sets. The bakery was nothing like a bakery in real life and neither was the plot of the movie. The best parts were the two supporting best friend characters, who were fun and funny. Trust me - pick a different movie written for the audience and not the writer/lead actor.
My initial reaction was WTF am I watching. But like all train wrecks I had to keep watching. Once I envisioned Tom Servo and Crow watching along with me I really started to laugh at just how truly terrible this movie was. Seriously, I laughed out loud. Please do not misunderstand, I dont think anyone should fall into the same trap. However, I will give something that made me laugh 1 star.
