In just a few hours, audiences will be excitedly lining up to see a brand new Star Wars film. That alone is worthy of celebration, but as I detailed earlier in the week, it also happens to be an excellent movie. Star Wars: The Last Jedi is a triumph, taking the franchise in bold new directions. With that in mind, why not go back and rank the series once again? That’s what I’m doing today, since the last time this was tackled, none of the new installments had come out. Now, you can see a full on layout of ever episode and story that has come from George Lucas’ initial lark. Enjoy this list, since I know I sure did. Here is how I would rank the films in the Star Wars franchise so far, and keep in mind…this is once again just how I see things.

I’ve been showrunning original and branded digital content since 2006. Along with my company, Happy Little Guillotine Studios, we sort-of-accidentally created one of the first digital series (called Break a Leg) in 2006 and by some combination of luck, skill and (perhaps most importantly) agility, we’ve managed to survive and thrive in the space ever since.
Strangely though, as we’re coming to the end of 2017 and I’ve been reading articles about the state of digital media, I’m finding myself with a strong sense of déjà vu – apparently, the problems in 2017 are identical to the problems of 2006 (minus President Voldemort and his merry Nazi band).
That is: Where’s the money? How do you get people to watch your series? How do you scale? How do you attract brands? It’s dying! It’s the future! It’s dying again! Now TV is dying! Now TV is the only path forward!

Kim Kardashian West's early morning walks aren't for everyone!
In a new promo for Sunday's Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the 37-year-old reality star's seemingly simple exercise routine gets ripped by her best friend, Jonathan Cheban -- until she puts him to the test.
"I'm really impressed with your self-control. I think it's really good," Jonathan tells Kim in the clip. "It shows me that you are possibly thinking of changing a lifestyle."
"By the way, this is pretty good for somebody who eats 365 meals a day," he adds of his body.

Hey, "Shadowhunters" fans. It's time to let you guys know when you can expect to see the brand new season 3 finally premiere! Recently, the folks over at TV Line revealed this vital information. They said the season 3 premiere date was revealed at the recent New York Comic-Con event earlier this month. With no further ado, you guys can expect to see the new season 3 finally debut on April 3rd,2018. So, be sure to mark that very important date down on your TV calendars. It is unclear why Freeform opted to premiere the 3rd season much later than it did the first two seasons. They previously premiered in January of 2016 and 2017. Our best guess is that they just simply wanted to bump them up to the Spring. It could have something to do with the ratings being better during that time of year or something technical like that. TV shows are a business for networks.

Netflix has released the first clip from Stranger Things Season 2! It centers on Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) finding her way out of the Upside Down. There's no doubt that it's going to be good for her to be out of that dark and dank evil place. I imagine that she's going to want to race to get back to her friends.
Stranger Things 2 is set a year after Will’s return, and everything seems back to normal… but a darkness lurks just beneath the surface, threatening all of Hawkins. It’s 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the demagorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.

If you’re looking for a crash course in what makes Paul Thomas Anderson an auteur filmmaker, look no place else but his music videos. Anderson has directed 15 music videos throughout the course of his career so far, and each one is a succinct lesson in all of his best trademarks, from those technically-dazzling tracking shots to the intimate textures of his extreme closeups.
Anderson’s music video career has always intertwined with his film career. His first video arrived in 1997 with Michael Penn’s “Try,” just a year after his breakout directorial debut “Hard Eight.” Over the next 20 years, the filmmaker would go on to collaborate with Fiona Apple, Joanna Newsom, and Radiohead multiple times. Most recently, Anderson has joined forces with the band Haim to direct several music videos for tracks off their second album, “Something to Tell You.” Three of these videos were edited into a 16-minute short film called “Valentine.

When I first watched Wonder Woman, a huge thought came into my head. That thought was that the movie is so much like Captain America as it's a period piece superhero movie taking place during a major World War. The biggest difference I saw, was Wonder Woman made war look a lot less fun, which is a good thing. War isn't supposed to be fun. But because of the two similarities, it does make me "wonder" what star Hayley Atwell, who was in Captain America thought of it.
She thought it was great! Welp, job done. What? Do you want more? *sigh* fine. While speaking with Buzzfeed, Atwell had fantastic things to say about the film.
"I thought it was a triumph. I came out of that walking on air, and I think what’s brilliant about is, it’s a genre piece, it’s a superhero movie. It’s...

As the Dceu picks up speed and catches up with the McU – especially in the billionaires club – it’s easy to forget that DC has been producing the best animated films since forever. “Broad City” has already made its feelings about which way it leans in the political spectrum.
After all, this Comedy Central series about two liberated young women in New York even had an episode in which its co-creators and stars Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson work for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. Clinton herself made a cameo in the episode.
Glazer, who stars in the comedy “Rough Night” with Scarlett Johnasson, Kate McKinnon and Zoe Kravitz, spoke to USA Today about the upcoming season of “Broad City.”
27 TV Shows Created by Woman Starring Women
“We wrote [Season 4] being like, ‘Here we go! Hillary for president!'” Glazer said in the interview. Obviously, history did not play out according to that scenario, and Glazer added that after “this game-show host became president of our country, we rewrote a lot.”
Rewriting the show doesn’t mean giving equal airtime to the President though.

There are all kinds of TV shows out there these days… but there’s nothing quite like Dean Norris’ new TNT series Claws.
“It’s odd that, in a world of 450 shows, you can find something that actually kind of feels different,” the actor tells TVLine — and “different” is the right word for it. A colorful blend of drug-trade drama and girl-power comedy set in the swampy Florida suburbs, Claws (premiering this Sunday at 9/8c) stars Niecy Nash as an ambitious nail-salon owner who stumbles into a side job laundering money for the Dixie Mafia, thanks to her gangster boyfriend.

Until now, an appearance by Black Panther in Avengers: Infinity War was simply an unconfirmed rumour. Evidence has been mounting in support of strong links between those two Marvel movies, though, with eagle-eyed fans spotting the Black Panther characters of Shuri, and Man-Ape in the Avengers: Infinity War cast list. Kevin Feige has also been very vocal in his insistence that the events of Black Panther will have a direct impact upon the action of Joe and Anthony Russo’s blockbuster.
But now, we have what constitutes official confirmation, as Chadwick Boseman has shared a brief video from the set of Avengers: Infinity War, showing chairs bearing the names of Natasha Romanoff, Steve Rogers and T’Challa.

The humans have often been just as scary as the voracious Infected on Fear The Walking Dead, and season 3 is no exception, as viewers were recently introduced to Troy Otto (played by Daniel Sharman), the member of a prepper community who is fascinated with learning more about the Infected, even if he has to get blood on his hands in the name of science. Troy got more than he bargained for when he crossed paths with Madison (Kim Dickens), though, resulting in a scene that will forever change the way viewers look at spoons. I recently had a chance to chat with Sharman about joining the show, Troy's backstory, and how the spoon scene changed the way he looks at tea.
Thanks for taking the time to talk with me and congratulations on the first few episodes. I've really enjoyed your performance as Troy, it's really a fascinating role. What...

With summer blockbuster season 2017 in full swing, and with Fast & Furious 8 speeding over the $1bn mark already, a bunch of filmmakers are furiously putting together their films for release this time next year (or thereabouts). Here, as things stand, is the state of summer blockbuster season 2018. We’ve veered towards UK release dates on the whole, but as always, things can quickly change.
