The stereo stolen from the BMW 5 series is not a BMW Stereo in fact it looks to be a VW/Skoda one. Also during the car chase when SRK meets Kajol for the first time in Bulgaria, he is seen in a Jaguar XF. The scene was meant to be in 2000 but the Jag was launched in 2007. Staying with the cars used in Bulgaria most of them outside SRK's house wouldn't have been available in 2000.
After the car flips over, SRK's character Raj/Kaali is suspended upside down in the driver's seat and his face is shown bleeding, yet these injuries defy basic gravity by bleeding up, rather than down. The blood should be shown descending down his face into his hairline, instead of ascending upward toward his neck and body.
When Raj and Meera are unexpectedly reunited for the first time at Meera's home, though facing opposite directions, both have the setting sun glaring behind them, which is a celestial impossibility.
The car number plates used in Bulgaria show the EU sign but Bulgaria joined the EU in 2007. Those scenes are supposed to be set in 2000 so the EU sign on the number plates should not be there.
When Raj/Kaali is escorting the car carrying gold to Romania, we are told that the scene is set in 2000 but the car that Raj/Kaali uses is a 2008 Ford Mustang. Also one of his mates uses a 2005-10 Chrysler 300 during this scene.
