Fallout 4's next-gen update will introduce more than just upgraded visuals and graphics. The new update will also include a well-known Fallout franchise faction, introducing them into the game with a unique quest. The new faction has been a mainstay in Fallout and a glaring omission from the game.
After close to a decade since its launch, Fallout 4 is receiving a free next-gen-only update to fix a major story omission. Due to the release of the Fallout Show, it was announced that Fallout 4 would be receiving an update to help scale up its performance to go along with new cosmetics and weapons. Though an update now seems odd, the massive success of the franchise's first live-action show made it a smart decision. Every Fallout game has seen significant increases in sales and player base since the show's release.

Siding with Mathis in Starfield doesn't lock the player character into betraying Delgado and can even unlock major benefits down the line. If the player character sides with Mathis and maintains a good relationship, they can recruit him to their crew and benefit from his combat skills. The choice between siding with Mathis or staying loyal to the United Colonies faction doesn't have a significant impact, but complimenting Mathis' performance offers more benefits than risks in the game.
Starfield offers many opportunities to choose sides in a conflict, and befriending Mathis Castillo is one of those choices. He's a greenhorn pirate looking to join the Crimson Fleet, which rules over large swathes of space with an iron fist. The player character may join the Crimson Fleet for any number of reasons, either on their own or as part of an infiltration mission for Starfield's United Colonies faction, and will be...

In the Renaissance era of the 1990s, Walt Disney Animation Studios had seemingly cracked the code in terms of telling old-fashioned stories with a modern twist. There were still plenty of fables and fairy tales to adapt, from the story of a mermaid who wanted to be a human to a star-crossed romance between a brainy young woman and a monstrous beast. And the studio was able to harness present-day Broadway-style songs into these stories, lending them a grandeur and epic quality that made them annual theatrical events. To the eagle-eyed viewer, there were also funny little Easter eggs referencing past Disney films, if you knew where to look. In "Aladdin," for example, there's a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment in which the portly Sultan is seen playing with a series of figurines, including one that is unmistakably the Beast from "Beauty and the Beast." To recognize this gag was a miniature reward...

In Starfield, there are 20 distinct companions with their own skills and strengths, some suited for combat, diplomacy, or stealth-based scenarios. Crewmates can be assigned to follow the player, take care of the player's ship, or work at an outpost, and the choice depends on their skills and the specific needs of the outpost. There is a strict limit of one follower at a time for the player character on foot, but there are ways to exploit temporary followers to have multiple companions temporarily. There are also caps on ship and outpost crew sizes, but no overall limit on how many crewmates can be recruited.
There are tons of potential crewmates to be recruited in Starfield, but the system has its limits. There are 20 distinct companions in the game, all spread out in different locations across the galaxy. Each has their own skills, strengths, and weaknesses, making some of them uniquely suited to combat,...

On the 13th of December, 1943, something so awful happened in the small Greek town of Kalavryta that the few survivors struggled to speak of it for many years afterwards, and were not always believed when they did. Ultimately, many of them realised that telling their story was a vital thing, a way of preserving their stories and traditions as well as a crucial step in the struggle for justice. This became all the more urgent over the course of a century in which similar atrocities came to be committed elsewhere, not stopping with the Nazis. Sometimes, where a true story is too painful to tell, a fictionalised version can be used to get the important points across, and Echoes Of The Past strives to do just that. it is a story about a story, focusing on the push for reparations and one modern German lawyer’s (Alice Krige) experience of.

A new film about a notorious Nazi massacre in Greece during World War II has angered the descendants of the victims amid accusations that the filmmakers falsified historical events, with a victims’ group saying it’s filed a lawsuit against the producers.
Now the filmmakers are fighting back, with writer-producer Dimitrios Katsantonis describing the legal threats on Wednesday as “empty fireworks that will soon be revealed for what they are.”
“Echoes of the Past,” which is directed by Nicholas Dimitropoulos and stars the late Max von Sydow in his final performance, will have its world premiere Saturday at the Thessaloniki Film Festival before rolling out in Greek cinemas Nov. 11, where it will be released as “Kalavryta 1943.”
The film recounts the brutal massacre of some 700 Greek males by German troops in the Peloponnesian village of Kalavryta, in retaliation for the execution of nearly 80 Nazi soldiers by resistance fighters.

Stage and screen acting legend Max Von Sydow, who starred in The Seventh Seal and appeared in The Exorcist, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Flash Gordon, and Game of Thrones, died on March 8 at the age of 90, according to Variety.
“It is with a broken heart and with infinite sadness that we have the extreme pain of announcing the departure of Max von Sydow,” his wife, the producer Catherine Brelet, said in a statement.
Von Sydow made his Hollywood debut as Jesus in the 1965 Biblical epic The Greatest Story Ever Told. This gave him the authority to observe “if Jesus were alive today and saw what they are saying in his name, he would never stop throwing up” in Woody Allen’s 1986 film Hannah and Her Sisters. Von Sydow had the power to compel Satan as Father Merrin in William Friedkin’s 1973 horror classic The Exorcist and Exorcist II: The Heretic (1977), directed by John Boorman.

It is with great sadness we must announce the passing of Max von Sydow. The international acting legend had worked steadily since his big screen debut in Sweden in 1949. Multiple Swedish classics followed including Miss Julie, Wild Strawberries, and The Virgin Spring. International fame happened quickly through his mutli-film collaboration with Sweden's most celebrated auteur Ingmar Bergman. By the mid 60s he began headlining international productions, first as Jesus in The Greatest Story Ever Told (1965) and by the 1970s he was a mandatory for prestige all star productions. He's been a mainstay of cinema for 70 years, that exceedingly memorable long face flipping from sweet to sinister to authoritative to wise (and everything inbetween) on command for the demands of any role.
Before his death he completed a lead role in an as yet unreleased WW II drama Echoes of the Past which is currently in post-production. Let's...
