Goofs
An injection of epinephrine only lasts for about 15-20 minutes. After that the epinephrine would wear off and if the allergen was still in your system you would start to go back into anaphylaxis. As the doctor is allergic to tomatoes, he would continue to go into anaphylaxis as long as he had tomatoes in his stomach. A single injection of epinephrine wouldn't have solved that. As he never went to an ER and had his stomach pumped and only had the one EpiPen, he should have died.

As good as can be.

I'm reviewing this episode mostly because there is no other review and I feel there should be a continuance.

That's mostly what is happening in this episode, continuance. We learn more of the OA's backstory and watch the characters grow, all with a great progression pace. I feel that's a very strong point so far. The story is neither rushing nor dragging and we get the right doses of emotion, action and suspense.

What's been said about the series before still holds true. Great cinematography, music themes, casting and acting.
