Over the years, Hallmark star Andie MacDowell has played a romantic lead against some pretty big names like Bruce Willis, Hugh Grant, and Bill Murray. However, that does not keep her from gushing over the muscles on some fan-favorite Hallmark Hunks. The Way Home star was recently on The Jimmy Fallon Show talking about them.
What did she have to say?

On Thursday, The Way Home star Andie MacDowell was on The Jimmy Fallon Show. There, she talked about her hit series. Fallon shared, “I love Hallmark. Big fan. Big fan!” Andie happily replied, “I know you do, I love that!”

Is When Calls The Heart Season 13 happening? Those who follow an industry publication may think so, except for one caveat.
Here is the latest news that should interest Hearties.
Industry Publication Reveals When Calls The Heart Renewed For New Season
On Thursday, Hollywood industry publication Production Weekly included a new production that could interest Hearties. In the January 9 issue, they listed four Hallmark productions including When Calls The Heart 13.
The others are Chicken Sisters 2, True Justice 2, and Haunted Harmony Mysteries: Death In D Minor.
Photo: Kevin McGarry, Erin Krakow Credit: ©2024 Hallmark Media/Photographer: Jeff Weddell Wcth Season 12 Renewed In May 2024
Could Production Weekly have shared an old post? That doesn’t seem likely. When Calls The Heart Season 12 was renewed in May 2024.
There are also other considerations. Production Weekly usually adds projects about to be filmed or about to be announced. In general, Wcth doesn’t film until around July.

Quick Links What Is 'Virgin River' About? The Main Difference Between the 'Virgin River' Novel and the Series Why the 'Virgin River' Series Is Better Than the Books
Netflix has a wide array of amazing series in stock, but the streaming platform certainly has a hand in long-running series that, among other things, have romance written all over them. The series has seen immense success ever since its first season was released in December 2019, and there truly seems to be no end in sight. Five seasons in, and with Virgin River Season 6 coming to Netflix on December 19, there is no denying that the series set in Northern...

I breakdown where you can watch the time-traveling drama’s third season and why it won’t be on the Hallmark Channel right away.
This week, one of the most underappreciated shows on television announced details about its forthcoming third season, and while many fans are excited about the prospects of the juicy turns that new episodes are bound to bring, it has led to confusion and frustration among some viewers. On Monday, Hallmark announced that Season 3 of the time-traveling family drama “The Way Home” will debut on Thursday, Jan. 2. However, instead of premiering on the Hallmark Channel, as the previous seasons have, it will be a streaming exclusive on the recently rebranded service Hallmark+, at least until later in 2025.
From how you can watch to what happened in Season 2, I will run you through everything that you need to know in order to catch Chyler Leigh, Andie MacDowell, Sadie Laflamme-Snow,...

Hallmark+ will jump into the streaming battles Sept. 10 by launching the original series The Chicken Sisters and the new unscripted series Celebrations with Lacey Chabert.
Additional premieres will drop through the month, with three new installments of The Jane Mysteries starring Jodie Sweetin (Fuller House) and Stephen Huszar (Navigating Christmas), and a Love on the Danube movie trilogy featuring Nazneen Contractor (Charmed), Wes Brown (Haul Out the Holly: Lit Up), Jessica Sipos (Betty’s Bad Luck in Love), Dan Jeannotte (Sense and Sensibility), Sarah Power (Good Witch), Brendan Penny (Chesapeake Shores) and Catherine Disher (Good Witch).
Hallmark Media announced the launch of the service in July. The new platform will cost $80 a year and offer the “very best of Hallmark with new exclusive content and membership benefits program,” said President and CEO Mike Perry at the time. That price includes e-cards and “surprising gifts.”
Created for television and executive produced by Annie Mebane, The Chicken Sisters is an eight-episode family drama starring Schuyler Fisk (Sam & Kate), Genevieve Angelson (The Handmaid’s Tale), Lea Thompson (Back to the Future) and Wendie Malick (Just Shoot Me!) as the women at the heart of the restaurant rivalry. James Kot (Virgin River), Margo Martindale (Justified) narrates. It’s based on the NY Times Bestseller and Reese’s Book Club selection The Chicken Sisters.
Following the first episode, new episodes premiere every Thursday starting on September 12.
As previously reported, Celebrations with Lacey Chabert is a new aspirational series executive produced and hosted by Chabert. Known for her multitude of starring roles in Hallmark movies over the years, Chabert will bring her passion for celebrating everyday heroes to this 10-episode series. The show follows Chabert as she surprises deserving individuals who are making a positive impact in their communities with the celebration of a lifetime. Following the first episode, new episodes premiere every Thursday.
Other series planned for the service include holiday limited series Holidazed and Mistletoe Murders; the reality competition series Finding Mr. Christmas; a docu-style dating series hosted by Ashley Williams; a home renovation show hosted by Luke Macfarlane; and new movie trilogy called Groomsmen that’s inspired by the success of The Wedding Veil.

It's been nearly 20 years since Gabrielle Solis ogled her teenage gardener, John Rowland, in the 2004 premiere of ABC's hit dramedy "Desperate Housewives." But on Friday night, it was like no time at all had passed when Eva Longoria and Jesse Metcalfe reunited on the red carpet for the premiere of her directorial debut, "Flamin' Hot." The former costars greeted each other like old friends and gamely posed for a series of nostalgic photos.
Longoria and Metcalfe smiled, laughed, and even held hands during their red carpet reunion. The sweet snaps are a reminder that even though the former costars often go long stretches without seeing one another, they always show up for each other when it matters the most. For instance, when Metcalfe appeared on "Dancing With the Stars" in 2020, Longoria was quick to support her pal.
"She's always been a very supportive and loving friend," Metcalfe told Hello! at the time.

He's close to his family and spends as much time with them as possible. He's on the road a lot, so making time for his loved ones keeps him grounded in a crazy industry.

‘Tis the season for Hallmark Channel, Lifetime, and Netflix.
The two basic-cable channels and the streaming giant notoriously go in on made-for-tv holiday movies, and this yuletide time will be no exception. But just how crucial to their respective (and very different) businesses is this type of programming, this time of year?
For Hallmark Channel, as is the case for its namesake greeting-card business, December is truly a time to be merry. This year’s “Countdown to Christmas” will premiere 31 new holiday films on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Hallmark Channel’s primetime viewership in the fourth quarter of 2021 was 54 percent higher than in Q3, 62 percent higher than Q2, and 27 percent higher than Q1, according to Nielsen data. The first quarter comes closest to the last for a few reasons: 1) Christmas-movie catch-up viewing, and 2) Another programming stunt: “New Year New Movies!”

For over a decade, millions upon millions of viewers have been tuning in to watch couples fall in love and families come together around the holiday season.
It's true that many of these movies recycle the same tropes and themes, but it's also clear that Hallmark has a real preference for certain cast members as well. From Luke McFarlane to Tyler Hynes and Ryan Paevey, fans often debate the most popular Hallmark male actor, and they all lend some holiday cheer and magic to each project. The best Hallmark actors always leave viewers with a smile on their faces.

Exclusive: Treat Williams is set for a key role in Feud: Capote’s Women, the second installment of FX’s anthology series from Ryan Murphy and Plan B.
An adaptation of Laurence Leamer’s bestselling book Capote’s Women: A True Story of Love, Betrayal, and a Swan Song for an Era, the miniseries is set in the 1970s and ends with Truman Capote’s death in 1984. It chronicles the tale of the famous wunderkind author as he stabs several of his female friends — whom he called his “swans” — in the back by publishing a roman à clef short story called “La Côte Basque 1965” in Esquire in 1975. The piece was intended to be a chapter in Capote’s infamous unfinished novel Answered Prayers, his follow-up to the blockbuster In Cold Blood.
Williams plays former CBS head and media tycoon Bill Paley.

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for Chesapeake Shores Season 6 Episode 9 “Spring Can Really Hang Up the Most.”] Chesapeake Shores is heading into its series finale with more to celebrate than not. In the penultimate episode, there’s a proposal, a baby is born, and a new business is about to take off. But there’s also some not so great news, with a family reunion still not getting the expected reaction and an O’Brien dream possibly being dashed due to a Marvel movie. Read on for the highlights. A Proposal After picking out a ring, Mick (Treat Williams) tells his sponsor, Ralph (Donald Sales), he’s going to propose to Megan (Barbara Niven). He knows it’s not recommended to get into a new relationship in his first year of recovery, but as he points out, they’ve known each other for over 30 years. This isn’t new. There are several different ways that I analyze TV.
The first is that it's so demanding of attention that I must watch the next episode the moment I get it. Then, after I watch, I either need to write about it immediately or take some time to reflect. And then there are those shows or episodes that leave me without much feeling one way or the other.
This has never been a show that demands urgency in viewing, but that's Ok. However, Chesapeake Shores Season 6 Episode 9 left me relatively empty inside, and that's not Ok.
I'll be the first person to admit that my expectations increase as a series nears its end. There is a lot of story to wrap up before we say goodbye to characters we walked alongside for years.
But in this case, for all of the teases that happy endings are nigh, it feels like we're spinning our wheels.
