I love the main couple and I also love the second couple as well. There are a few plot holes, but nothing to big. This is a romantic drama that centers around three couples. I love the main couple joon soo and do hee, but I also really love the second couple's story, they are a slow burn romance, but at ep 126 I remember thinking "ahh..this second couple is giving me all I want in a romance.."
you're probably asking yourself is it worth it to watch with so many episodes?
Short answer: yes!
Now this is the longest drama I've ever seen. Now keep in mind, the episodes are 40-30 minutes long, so if you binge it it's not too much to get through.
The first few episodes introduce us to the main characters and start off in childhood till joon soo gets released from prison. The plot tells us that he learns a trade (sewing) and they never show us how he learns it, but whatever.
I like how joon soo and do hee both heal each other, they both have past wounds and they understand each other, can be vulnerable with each other, build a friendship first and then fall in love. I like how their relationship progresses.
There is drama down the line, because of joon soo's criminal record and disapproving parents blah blah..
the second couple have a slow burn romance, they kiss at like ep 60 something. Get together by ep 80 something and stay together till ep 109 then something happens that forces them apart and then by ep 126 like I mentioned earlier, they reunite again yay!
There are some sad parts, but it is still not too sad.
I feel like this review is a whole lot of blah blah and trying to meet the minimum word count lol.
I love this drama, maybe you'll love it too, so give it a try!
