Why?

Old lady. Reads a story for 2 hour. Doctor who connection = Greatest Thing since man walked on the moon

This is a video audiobook, but still kinda works thanks to Damaris Hayman. Check your expectations at the door.

Damaris Hayman had an excellent voice and delivery. That said, this would have worked much better as an audiobook instead of what feels like a high school video production. I watched through it twice for a review show, and it was much worse on the 2nd run-through. The novelty of watching a Doctor Who -esque serial in 2017 only lasts so long. My first watching had a score of 6/10, but I had to drop the score upon further reflection.
