The many ramblings from the crazed beggar (Wellington Abreu) from "The Man Who Wouldn't Fit in Brasília" are quite true to life while analyzing Brasília and its many
social contrasts as a nation's capital, some of the rants are humored but mostly it's all too wordy that one loses himself in the speech. The place where all
Brazilian citizens could be and feel represented but the poor man doesn't any chance to be at whatever he decides to lay or stay since there's a cop (Lucio Campello)
who keeps pushing him around until things escalate in a great duel.
A somewhat interesting and well humored take on the capital city though it lacks a little in some strict coherence. Less could be more in this case, by that I mean the rants - though I loved the sequence where the rich guy with the women keeps bad-mouthing Brazil's literature favoring foreign authors. A very believable and realistic speech found by elite people (and some outside too). 6/10.
