Robert Downey Jr. detested working on U.S. Marshals, calling it one of the worst action movies ever. Downey Jr. is wasted in The Fugitive sequel and is weirdly lacking in charm or charisma. U.S. Marshals is not the worst action movie ever, but compared to The Fugitive it is very disappointing.
