“How I Met Your Father” is what dreams are made of! The Hulu series dropped a major Easter egg in the latest episode – a tongue-and-cheek reference to one of Hilary Duff‘s most memorable TV roles, “Lizzie McGuire“.

In the episode, titled “A Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Valentine’s Day,” which saw the gang revisiting their worst Valentine’s Day experiences, Sophie (Duff) reflects on a memory from when she was 13 years old.

The scene then cuts to a very familiar-looking one from “Lizzie McGuire”, which happens to be the season 2 episode, “First Kiss,” where a teenage Lizzie (a younger Duff) goes through all the stages of a relationship in mere days. In the “Lizzie McGuire” callback, Lizzie is too busy doing the whole “No, you hang up first” exchange over the phone with a boy to notice her friend, Miranda (Lalaine), getting increasingly annoyed by the second.

What follows are glimpses from the gang’s past — all newly created except for one. Most romantic comedies end with a climactic kiss between the two main characters, but Kaguya Sama: Love is War - The First Kiss That Never Ends bucks convention by going beyond that moment and exploring its messy aftermath. While some fans may find this idea less compelling than the will they won't they shenanigans of the anime's first three seasons, the movie is even more compelling than the main series' mental battles as it digs deep into the psyches of it's two romantic leads and asks deeper questions about what love truly is. But perhaps this twist on the usual lighthearted nature of the romcom genre should come as no surprise given that Kaguya Sama has been defying genre conventions from its very first episode, often better than more subversive anime like Chainsaw Man.

New Delhi, Nov 27 (Ians) Popular music artistes like Yo Yo Honey Singh, Badshah and Guru Randhawa are using their star power to help budding singers climb the ladder of success, and fans are impressed.

In July, young singer Armaan Malik lauded the senior artistes who were lending support to new music.

"It's heartening to see established artistes sharing other artistes' songs! The only ones I know who always make sure that they support new music are @Its_Badshah (Badshah) @raftaarmusic (Raftaar) and @GuruOfficial (Guru Randhawa)," Armaan had said on social media.

Joining the list is rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh, who recently launched a new singer Ipsitaa in his single titled "First kiss". He said "it felt good to launch a new talent".

"She is hardworking and talented. Basically, my research team does a lot of research on new artistes, so my team had shown videos of Ipsitaa a while ago.

Mumbai, Nov 18 (Ians) Popular rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh is set to launch a new singer Ipsitaa in the upcoming single titled First kiss.

"I had an awesome time working with Yo Yo. From the vocal recording sessions, to learning a new dance form, to the video shoot -- every step of the journey was a lot of fun! I consider myself very lucky to begin my music career with such a legendary artiste and I am super excited and proud to share this song with the world," said Ipsitaa.

The young talent will also be sharing screen space with the rapper in the music video of the song.

The composition and recording of the song took place in January this year and the music video was supposed to be shot in Miami. However, due to the Covid-19 breakout, the makers decided to change the location and shoot the video in Dubai in March.
