The set for Snow Falls required a lot of snow for the setting of the film. Because it was filmed in the spring, the crew had to use shaving cream to simulate snow.

Goofs
When Ellen gets to Snow Falls the driver takes her bags out. She moves the two blue bags but leaves the white one while she tells the driver Merry Christmas. But before the guy hits it with the tree you'll notice the bag has been turned more towards the road.

Get over it.

It's a Christmas movie. I don't understand why people are taking it too seriously. It's sappy and snowy and predictable, defiantly not masterpiece material, but still a cozy romantic movie to watch during the holidays. I'd defiantly recommend it if, you're looking for that kind of warm movie.
