Denial had me hooked within the first scene. This film captures great performances from all the cast involved. I can not wait to watch the success of this film as it goes into the festival run.
Enjoyed watching the film so many real and raw moments. Wonderfully acted by such a talented cast. Amazing shots and good plot line. Highly recommend watching this film.
There was something very real about this story and the actor who played the main role. His performance was almost scary in how he denies any responsibility for what happens. This could make a strong feature length film.
This short has a great story line with some powerful characters! The mix of characters were great. It was nice to see the other side of a situation that involves officers.
Denial addresses a timely and difficult subject and does it from a burnt-out and frustrated police officer's point of view which was very interesting and a provocative watch.

- TriviaFor the role of "Officer Peter Gilchrist"; Lead Actor; Darren W. Conrad; stopped working out for six months. The look he was going for was that of a man who was pretty much letting himself go. Not to the degree of overeating or gaining 50 pounds; but that of someone who was dealing with severe depression and shutting down. As a "Method" Trained Actor; Darren said it was the hardest he had ever prepared for a character.
