Actress Amyra Dastur, on Wednesday, treated fans to some mesmerising pictures of herself in a golden shimmery saree, and shared how she is “winging” her life, eyeliner and everything!

Amyra, who is known for her work in ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’, ‘Kaalakaandi’, ‘Jogi’, etc, took to Instagram and shared a string of photos, in which she can be seen wearing a golden-coloured saree.

She paired the shimmery saree with a matching tube blouse, which has heavy embellishments on it.

Director Prakash Kovelmudi's film JudgeMentall Hai Kya, which has received immense critical acclaim, was screened for the ministers at the prestigious Rashtrapati Bhavan last weekend.

The Central Board of Film Certification received a request to from the Rashtrapati Bhavan to arrange a special screening of the much-talked-about film JudgeMentall Hai Kya. A Hungarian visual artist named Flora Borsi has accused the makers of Rajkummar Rao-Kangana Ranaut starrer "Judgementall Hai Kya" of plagiarism. Borsi said that posters of the film bear inspiration of her trademark style, and said such plagiarism of a freelance artist's work was shameful.

Borsi on Monday shared the image of an original artwork of hers, which has a girl's close-up with a cat on one of her eyes. The release date of actors Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra-starrer "Jabariya Jodi" has been postponed for the fourth time. The film will now hit screens on August 9.

"Jabariya Jodi" was first scheduled to release on May 17 but was pushed to July 12 when Hrithik Roshan-starrer "Super 30" released. It was then pushed again for August 2 release.

Sources close to the makers of the film say that the decision was taken after considering that there are too many releases on August 2 and previously released films like "JudgeMentall Hai Kya" are enjoying a solid run.

Adding to that, exhibitors across India came together and requested the makers to move ahead to August 9 to avoid clutter. "Jabariya Jodi" will now enjoy a solo release.

Directed by Prashant Singh, "Jabariya Jodi" is based on 'Pakadwa Vivah' (forced marriage), which was once rampant in Bihar.

Ekta Kapoor, producer of Mental Hai Kya, says the film's title doesnt intend to offend or disregard anyones sentiments.

Mental Hai Kya, which features Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao, was mired in controversy over its title as a section of psychiatrists had voiced concerns.

Pen studios subsidiary company - Pen Marudhar Entertainment has acquired the India distribution rights of Balaji Telefilms? slate of 4 films scheduled to be released this year, which include Mental Hai Kya, Jabariya Jodi, Dream Girl and Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitaare.

Mental Hai Kya boasts of two powerhouse performers Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao, who will be seen battling it out, in this quirky thriller on 26th of July.

Hrithik Roshan-starrer "Super 30" has a new release date, finally. It will hit the screens on July 12.

"Super 30" had earlier landed in a clash with actress Kangana Ranaut's "Mental Hai Kya" on July 26, but Hrithik urged the makers of his film to shift its release date to avoid a "media circus".

Shibasish Sarkar, Group CEO, Reliance Entertainment, which has backed the film, tweeted: "'Super 30' now on July 12, 2019."

The film has been getting delayed for one reason or another.

Earlier, "Super 30" was to release on January 25, the same date as Kangana's "Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi".

But "Super 30", based on the life of mathematician Anand Kumar who trains students for Iit-jee in Bihar, did not see the light of the day on that date due to pending production work after director Vikas Bahl was named in the #MeToo movement.

Later, it was rescheduled for a July 26 release.

Actor Shahid Kapoor says he is hopeful that his forthcoming film Kabir Singh will get a U/A certificate from the Censor Board.

Shahid, Kiara Advani and the makers of the film launched the trailer of Kabir Singh, a remake of the 2017 Telugu film Arjun Reddy. The film is laced with foul language and shows alcohol and drug abuse.

The film is yet to be certified by the Central Board of Film Certification.

Shahid said: "We are hoping to get a U/A certificate. We don't know whether we will get it or not. There is only belief that there is no reason for us not to get the U/A certificate. It is important that today we are able to tell stories honestly without sugar coating."

"I think audiences are mature enough to understand that and censors should give into that. There is nothing in the film which is off-putting.

Actor Rajkummar Rao is looking forward to collaborate with Janhvi Kapoor for the first time in "Rooh-Afza", a horror comedy.

Actress Kangana Ranaut said she is glad that her film Mental Hai Kya will get a solo release on July 26 after Hrithik Roshan decided to shift the release of his Super 30 to avert a "media circus".

Hrithik on Thursday issued a statement, saying he took the decision "so as to not allow my film to be desecrated by yet another media circus".

"I have decided to shift the release date of my film Super 30 in order to save myself from the personal trauma and toxic mental violence this would cause," Hrithik said in the statement posted on Twitter.

Actor Shahid Kapoor feels that the trailer of his upcoming action-thriller film "Kabir Singh" will be out in the second week of May.

"Trailer (of 'Kabir Singh') will be out in May. We were thinking whether we should put out a teaser or not," Shahid said while interacting with the media at 'GeoSpa Global Spa India Awards' here on Wednesday.

"When we saw the teaser, we were very happy with it so, we just said ?let's go and put it out'. So, the right time for the trailer will obviously be five weeks before the release of the film. I feel the trailer will come out in the second week of May and then the film will be out one month after that," he added.
