Not as good as vampire diaries or the originals

I'm honestly very disappointed in this show. I was expecting it to be like The Originals, instead they made it all childish and for kids. The plot is very confusing and there's new characters each epsiode. They dont even give the characters a real personality they just toss them aside. Not to mention how Hope, the most powerful person ever, is portrayed so weak. The villains are childish monsters. I really hope season 3 is better because I'm really disappointed.
