Great for beginners

The documentary is well made and well presented. The subject matter will be of great use to those who have not heard of Kundalini and are wondering what it is all about. The basics are covered with good humour and interesting graphics, and the interviews are of about the right length with not much fat remaining to be be cut. If I had a wish for a followup documentary it would be that it is aimed at the experiencers and experienced, and offered insights into what happens post awakening, and the big question of Where Next?. Thank you Kija for making this movie and I hope it spreads the message of Kundalini far and wide, dispelling many of the untruths and rumours surrounding this subject.
