I found this to be a wonderful tribute to Koko. Made in the spirit of the Red Dog movie, this gave me an insight into the film's star Koko and how he touched the lives of everyone he met. Funny, heart-warming and sad, this is very definitely for fans of Red Dog in general and dog lovers in particular. Entertaining, this documentary supports the work of a dog rescue centre and follows Koko from pup to established star and, more importantly, cherished pet. It is made in a reconstruction style (I hate the term mockumentary which, it seems, devalues something of this nature) and works very well as such.
Koko was, before anything else, a friend that so obviously left a big hole behind him.
Boring? Shame on you!
